Part 5 — When Boats Meet

Section A — Right Of Way

A boat has right of way over another boat when the other boat is required to keep clear of her. However, some rules in Sections B, C and D limit the actions of a right-of-way boat.

62.3

If the protest committee decides that a support person who is a party to the hearing has broken a rule, it may (a) issue a warning, (b) exclude the person from the event or venue or remove any privileges or benefits, or (c) take other action within its jurisdiction as provided by the rules.
